New Line Consulting’s Customized Team Assessment gives leadership teams a clear, unbiased picture of where they stand today—and actionable insights on how to move forward. While this assessment is a core component of our Full High Performance Teamwork Training course, conducted before the 3-day in-person workshop, we also offer it as a stand-alone service for teams seeking clarity, alignment, and a strategic foundation without committing to a full training program.

Our process has been honed over decades of experience working with leadership teams across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. We’ve helped teams from start-ups to national agencies see themselves clearly, move past recurring issues, and chart a confident way forward.

What’s Included

  • 1-hour confidential interviews (online or in-person) with each team member

  • 1-hour debrief with the team leader

  • 2-hour facilitated session with the full team

  • 7–10 page written report including analysis and clear recommendations

How It Works

We begin with hour-long, one-on-one conversations with each team member. Using a consistent set of questions, we listen deeply, track themes, and synthesize commonalities—without attributing any comments to individuals.

We then develop a two-part written Team Assessment:

  1. Clear, anonymous summary of perceived strengths, challenges, and opportunities

  2. Expert analysis with detailed recommendations, based on our work with dozens of comparable teams

After reviewing the document with the team leader to ensure accuracy, we lead a structured debrief with the full team—turning shared insights into shared action.
