Its a 3-day training that starts before the group comes together in-person with an assessment of your team, generally conducted via an online video platform of your choosing. The resulting report guides how to proceed with the in-person training that gives attention to how the team operates, its meeting protocols and decision-making, interpersonal trust and communication and the development of a team charter.
